When athletes train properly, with purpose and variety, they achieve more. For us, there's nothing better than reflecting on an athlete's achievements, knowing that we were somehow part of that.
We focus mainly on the beginner to intermediate level and can help you with your plan, whether it's for a specific race or just for general enjoyment of the sport.

Face to face coaching can also be offered, either by itself, or as part of a bespoke package. This is available for athletes living in and around Haywards Heath, West Sussex or Worksop, Nottinghamshire (and the surrounding areas).
All of our plans are bespoke to the athlete and are adapted in line with their development and progress. You will not find our plans anywhere else, because they don't exist until you start working with us & are built especially for you.
To get to know you, your journey starts with a zoom-based consultation, where we discuss your goals and what you want from a coach and then take the relationship from there.
